Now that the CQ and SLE application is out I'm sure there are going to be some questions about how to fill them out, so hopefully the answers to my questions can help other people as well.

1. What does "Years of Special Recognition" for a sport mean? Right now I have:
2nd team district league (saginaw valley league)
district title
regional title
state semifinalist
But is this the nature of the question?

2. Can I exit the application and still have all my answers saved?

3. Would it be better for me to wait until Early February for my new class rank to come out from the semester (thinking I will hit top 10 percent by then) or would it be better to just put top 15% right now?

4. Can I superscore my SAT or is it only my best sitting?

5. Should I put weighted GPA out of a 5.0 scale, weighted GPA out of a 4.0 scale, or unweighted GPA out of a 4.0 scale?

1. Years of special recognition means any year you had awards or positions you may have held in that sport. I believe you can specify them in the remarks section.

2, The candidate questionnaire will not save if you exit it before submitting. You can go back into the candidate portal and edit it once you submit the cq.

3. If I were you I would put top 15% right now and when your new rank comes out, you can edit and input top 10%.

4. You can superscore your own SAT in the cq. Once you submit the cq and are in the portal, you can edit and add specific dates and list multiple sat scores. You'll then need to send admissions your official scores, which will actually count towards official admissions.

5. Weighted GPA is generally still out of a 4.0 scale. You can check with your school and see what method they officially use.
