I am currently taking creatine to supplement by body building and have the summer seminar on 6/4. Are we allowed to bring creatine to the summer seminar or should I leave it at home?
DD attended SS and I don’t recall her seeing any restrictions around that. It’s essentially a weeklong summer camp, so you get a simple list of things to bring.
But it raises this question: Why? Will it kill you to miss taking creatine for several days? Do you want to be “that guy” who stopped to take creatine amid all the other activities? Not that it’ll necessarily matter — you may not attend USNA — but in general when it comes to SAs, you want to avoid being “that guy.”
Leave it at home. If it is not explicitly prohibited, you won't really have an opportunity to use it. You won't be going to the gym during NASS. All the physical fitness you'll be doing are either sports or calisthenics and running.
You can keep taking your creatine if you want. For the unenlightened, creatine only works if it is consistently consumed, so if OP stops for a week, it will take a week or two for it to accumulate in the muscles again. And you can just take it at night before bed like you would other dietary supplements or a medication.
Also, nobody here will judge you for taking creatine.
