My DD's CULP group last year had one-half from a single battalion and the other half from a wide array of battalions/schools.

Just curious: with the looming defense cuts, would the CULP program likely be an early casualty?
I would doubt it, my guess is that the budget for CULP has already been allocated. CULP assignments will be made prior to the budget deadline.
Has anyone heard as to when CULP decisions are coming out? Also a question regarding CULP, are you assigned specific dates when you receive your spot or are you allowed to be choosy with dates and specific countries? I just ask this because I am going to LDAC this summer also.

Haha, choice. No, you're assigned a slot with a team, which will deploy to a specific county, at a specific time. That said, I had a few MSIIIs on my CULP Team when we went in early July-early August.
Pretty sure CC is aware of the issue and makes sure to deconflict the training slots prior to handing them out. All the CULP MSIIIs I ran across got either 1st/2nd Reg and a July-August CULP, or 12th/13th Reg and a June-July CULP.

My DD, an MS2, received a message from her Cadre that she will be going to Lithuania from June 3rd - July 4th. She is very excited!!
Congratulations to your DD. It will be a great experience for her.

Looks like they found out from the Cadre. My son has not heard anything from his Cadre or on his AKO as of a week ago.

Nothing yet over here either. We put in our selections as to which location we wanted to go before break. Being a MS3, I had to pick from the last 3 or 4 dates/locations of CULP because we had a few people get hurt at CULP last year, thus not allowing them to go to LDAC. This would put me in as going to the first few (1, 2, or 3) regiments of LDAC.
