My DS will be attending. He accepted his appointment a couple of moths ago, but couldn't attend the other weekends due to sports commitments. It will be good for him as he felt (and was told) that Sumer Seminar wasn't a good representation of life at USNA. Reality is that it is probably more to make me feel more comfortable with his decision

I am in the same situation as IllinoisMom's son. I have accepted my appointment, but nonetheless want to experience a little taste of life at USNA before plebe summer, and will be attending the 28-30th CVW.
