D111.10 - Eczema Disqualification

Just to be clear, I'm not a doctor.
There are enough threads here on SAF that document some positive outcomes for waivers for things that may have happened before the age of 13 years, to make me think that the outlook for you is not bleak at all.
What I would suggest is that you hope for a waiver. While waiting for that, you can see your Primary Care Physician (PCP) and get a clean bill of health (in writing) certifying that you do NOT in fact have Atopic Dermatitus.

Now, since you started this thread, it would appear that you were disqualified for two other things (pneumonia and asthma) as well.
As @Pima says, that's an uphill battle. USNA may look at that as one too many strikes against you and move on to the next applicant.
If they are very interested in giving you an offer of appointment however, they will make every effort to push the waiver process through for you.
If they do that, you may need to have that paperwork ready from your PCP.
