Date exam reviewed, what does this mean?

I recently sent paperwork to DoDMerb about my asthma saying that I have a past history of asthma but do not need/ use medication for my asthma (the note was from my physician). I also sent a letter to DoDMerb talking about my boxing experience and training asking for the review board to take that into consideration for my waiver. I am also disqualified because I have a dairy allergy. Today I checked my portal of DoDMerb and it has yesterdays date with "Date exam reviewed". What does this mean? Does this mean that they have received my paperwork (I sent my letter about boxing March 6 and my physician letter March 10) or does it mean something else? I'm just curious because I'm very stressed out about how many appointments to USNA and USAFA have been sent out. Do applicants who require a waiver take longer to hear back from the academies? (and yes I read that if you are considered competitive that the academies will automatically consider you for a waiver).

It means just that, that they received the paperwork on their offices and are looking at it. You should either expect a Qualified a DQ or a remedial.
