So are all the items supposed to be turned in ON the 31st (like January 31 @ 11:59 pm) or BEFORE the 31st (January 30 @ 11:59 pm)?
CFA. I had to delay it since there was an incident on my football track.I'd just get them in asap... what items are you waiting on?
All applications must be complete by January 31. I’m still confused whether I turn everything in before January 31 or if I can still turn stuff in that day so it is complete.Exactly what does the USMA website say? That's the official word.

Ohh okay. Thank you! does the time apply to a certain region like eastern time or does it apply to my region?Direct quote from an email from my RC:
“Files uploaded past 11:59pm (2359) 31 January will NOT be accepted”
Only tests taken before January 31 will be accepted, however the scores from the test would be accepted after the deadline. Here's a question - any thoughts if the 1/31 deadline also includes ACT scores? Although DS has a higher than average (i.e. class of 2023) composite and super score his FFR encouraged him to retake as many times as he could (this includes the upcoming 2/8 exam). DS will pose this question to his RC in the meantime...
100%...on your answer, my DS started this process January 2019...prepared for this since the 8th grade...time zone should be irrelevant.Just an observation, but why would you ever cut it that close? That question should not be relevant.
Not sure, I bet you could call the admissions dept and ask. It might be too late.Hmm- does this mean DD should just avoid the brain damage of an ACT retake to see if she can improve on the math score? That is the only part that needed a little help, but that test isn't until the 8th of Feb?
It is what it is but I would like to save DD the trouble if she can't use the score (if it does improve)Not sure, I bet you could call the admissions dept and ask. It might be too late.
Yes, advise Admissions and submit as soon as availableWill they grant an exception for 7th semester grades? My DS school hasn't posted 7th semester grades yet (mid terms were just last week).
