No you should absolutely reach out to your AO and ask for feedback. Don’t be too disappointed you are still in the race!I found out today that I am being deferred to RA. I plan on retaking the PFE, but aside from that, I don't know what else to do. Would it be bad to ask why I was deferred so I know how I can improve?

We will find out with the rest of RA applicants I believe, I do not know if we will find out before April 1st or on April 1st. Admissions stated that we have until January 15th to accept the deferral and February 1st to send any new informationI was deferred to RA as well. Does anyone have any idea of when we will know a decision in RA?
Rooting for your daughter. Hope she gets that appointment! My DD found out she was deferred this year also. She applied last year and was deferred and then later waitlisted but no one was taken off the waitlist. The USCGA is her dream so she keeps trying.
As someone who was in your same position last year. After accepting the deferral and reaching out to your AO, my top 2 pieces of advice would be:I found out today that I am being deferred to RA. I don't know what else to do.
