I'm prior service trying to reenlist. Can I get an Denied Administration waiver overturned. I was first denied due to a false enlistment on my record but I contacted congress and was told I could enlist with a waiver. Recruiter resubmitted my packet and now they are denied with a response that I was already given a second chance when I swoer end a second time in 2006 but ended up not shipping. However they already knew this from the beginning I started my Enlistment process and went to meps back in August to do my physical which I passed. My recruiter is fighting for me but at this point I don't know what else we can do since we have already contacted congress once.

I have no medical issues and I was honorable discharged in 2005 on a pregnancy chapter. I have no issues as to why I can't join other than them saying I was already given a second chance in 2006 but chose not to ship because of a major family issue.

I am no authority on the matter, but would be shocked if they overturned an Article 83 with a waiver of some kind.

Article 83?

What is an Article 83
I wasn't given an Article 83. I am in good standing. My Dd214 and all paperwork states that I was honorable discharged in 2006. The person doing the waiver is denying me my waiver because he said I already had my second chance.

Okay. My mistake then. I read "false enlistment" and jumped to conclusions.

I don't know that you will get much guidance on here, as this is not a forum for enlistment and I doubt many of us have any expertise, in these types of questions.
