I uploaded my panarex and bitewings without my social security number on the PDFs because I was unaware of any instructions asking us to do so but after reading on the forum it looks like that was required for a green check mark in the portal. I've contacted the provided USMA dental number but have received no response. I'm wondering whether I should re upload the documents with my SS # on them or if I need to wait for USMA to reject my current uploaded documents before I can do so?

I'd reupload them and put in the comments something along the lines "Reuploaded to include my SSN"

When Social Security Cards were first issued in November 1936, the government assured everyone that they would "not be used as a national identification card". The first cards even had the words "For Social Security purposes - Not For Identification" right there on the face of the card. By 1961, the government began using SSNs to identify all Federal employees, and it became our service numbers, stamped right onto our "dog tags".
By 1962, the SSN became your individual tax identification number (TIN) and the rest is history.
