Getting ready to attend WP, and just wanted to clear some things up. For the DOD dental examination form, do you need to schedule an appointment, or is it ok for my dentist to fill it out if an examination was administered within 12 months? The same goes for the Optometrist Exam form. Thanks!

A = There is no specific dental exam anymore. If you haven't undergone your Optometric appointment yet and you're asking that question today, I'm going to say you're not getting ready to attend West Point this summer.
