Details on DoDMERB

To whom it may concern,

I was wondering if my entire Medical History was automatically sent to DoDMERB, or if I had to request it be sent to them. Also, I wanted to confirm if DoDMERB accesses full medical history attached to my SSN, or if they simply contact family doctor/primary physician?

dodmerb has what YOU provide, what they see in their actual exam of you by the assigned doctor, and what is in any paperwork they ask YOU to supply.
