Determining which files to review

How does the admissions board go about determining which files will be reviewed each day? (random, first completed, etc.)
 
And a related question....once you are Triple-Q'd, does your file go before the admissions board again for Appointment selection? Or, is it purely a numbers game, or something in between?

Denial letters

Sorry if this question has been asked, but does everyone get an ROTC scholarship denial letter if not selected? Just wondering since my daughter hasn't received anything in the mail, and her status still says "processing" on the navy status page, so we are thinking she is still in the running for an NROTC nursing scholarship. Thanks.:eek:

Suggest you post your question on the ROTC board. USNA doesn't consider ROTC scholarship applications.
