Did ACT deny your refunds?

Who else here got denied refunds from ACT tests canceled in 2020? After many hours invested trying to get over $200 in owed refunds, I've given up that they will do what's right. Am I just unlucky or is this a pattern?

We reversed the charges on our CC. Service was never provided so our CC had no problem doing a charge dispute.
ACT has a lot of issues to work out!

I guess I'll do that same -- so wrong ACT can get away with that.

No refund here. Asked for it denied.

We were given credit last year..

Had the same issue but with sat not act. Still not refunded even after confirmation from them that they would process a refund smh.

This was pre-pandemic but my step- brother committed suicide the week of the ACT and with a 5 min phone call they had agreed to give me the fee back. Hindsight I wish ds had still taken it that weekend though.
