Today my son had his medical thet said he is amazing shape.
One thing he did was tell theM he once urinated small drops of blood. (Don't know why he shared that since it was a rare one time things)
(My DS is a powerlifter and it happen once three years ago)

The doctor didn't say he was Disqualified, but he may need to get a waiver. She doesn't know.

I'm just nervous

It is likely that there will be a request for AMI (Additional Medical Information). Might just need to have a lipid test or kidney function test or whatever is needed to show there is no condition causing blood in the urine.

My DS didn't show blood in urine when he made it through DODMERB, however it showed up during commissioning physical. After numerous trips to Great Lakes and numerous tests to rule out cause, they concluded that there was no medical reason, most likely exercise induced. That's why they tell you no heavy exercise for several days before test. In my son's case, I think it's hereditary. I can go back 4 generations that have it, myself included, with no medical cause. He was given a waiver to commission.
