Hello I recently had to submit a letter describing some of my previous medical history. This letter listed a condition but did not list the time period in which this condition lasted. I was just disqualified due to the condition and I am wondering if it is possible to resubmit a new letter from my doctor's office with the period in which this condition impacted me listed and be re reviewed?

Yes.
Ensure we were not requesting medical records...instead of a letter:wiggle:

Yes, I tried getting the medical records however due to the records being in regards to counseling, the person in charge of the records said the records did not consist of a lot, so instead she wrote me the letter. In your experience if I were to have them clarify the period that the condition lasted, would I be reevaluated?

That doesn't answer the question "Were the medical records requested?". If they were requested send the records, even if they aren't much.

I have talked to the doctor's office and they are providing me with records as well as a new letter specifying the length the condition affected me. I will be sending all of these to DoDMERB. Is there anything else I can do to try and be reevaluated?
