I’m reserves, but I recently signed an SMP contract, accepted scholarship offer, and I’m medically qualified. But my question is, the unit I signed smp contract with is a new unit.. I’m unsure about when I’m supposed to start drilling with the new unit. Am I supposed to swear in again first? I’m really confused and nobody’s telling me anything.

If you are contracted by ROTC as an SMP cadet, you should drill at the new unit's next drill. Did you work with a recruiter that got you assigned to the new unit? If so, they should give you the contact info for the next unit, as well as the next drill information so you can attend.
