Do plebes have walking privileges on the weekends?

Do plebes have walking privileges to Highland Falls without a pass? If we had a home in Highland Falls, would our Plebe be allowed to go there on the weekends?

Yes. There are three ways to get off post on the weekends: walking privs, Off-Post Privileges (OPPs), and pass. Plebes can take walking privs most weekends which is anything within a 5 mile radius of post.
 
Just to clarify, plebes can take walking privileges after last official duty on a weekend. If it is a home football game weekend, they would not be able to take walking privileges until the afternoon after the game has ended. If it is a non-home game weekend, they may be able to take walking privileges beginning on Saturday morning as long as they do not have some other training requirement first. If you have a home in Highland Falls, that would fall within the five mile radius. However, they should not be outside of your home inside the walking privileges area out of uniform.
