FYI,
Many MoCs will write in their nomination congrats letter to you how they submit their slate to the SA.
~ If they do not state either you are the principal or how they submit their slate, assume it is a non-ranked competitive slate. That means the SA will charge the MoC the nomination on their slate with the highest WCS.

May I ask, does "Special Recognition on your Nomination to USNA"....Sent via USPS, a fancy certificate from our MOC......Is the "special" anything special?
