DoDermb: Account not found

Hi All,

My DD was notified on her USMA portal that she can schedule her medical appointment thru DoDmerb. But when logs in to DoDmets ( as an applicant and first time login), it always come back as username and password don't match. She reached to the contact email address on DoDmets and she was told that they don't have her information.

Question: Is there a time lag between USMA portal and DoDmerb getting candidate information for appointment scheduling?
