About 20 days ago I was told by an employee that he was told Dec 5 was the date to expect full return. Meanwhile, they have been manually processing applicants. This is just what I've heard, maybe someone can verify or tell you more.

I have a son where information sent to DODMERB on 9/26 and he is still waiting for word or something to appear on portal. He had no issues or additional information needed. I think it normally takes around 3-4 weeks but now much longer given all is being hand-processed and emailed back and forth.
