My DS is trying to register on DoDMERB, in order to schedule his physical exam. The site says that his application has not yet been added to the DoDMERB system. Is this his USNA application and when does it get added? Does he need to have the application 100% complete?

DoDMERB doesn't schedule medical exams, DoDMET does. Try the DoDMET site to see if he's in the system yet. I'm not sure of the "trigger" when DoDMERB gets your DS info but DoDMERB did have some computer issues in the recent past so that may be impacting the situation.
