I received a notification that I have to submit documentation in regards to medical records of normal uterine bleeding. My application process was put on hold. However, I do not have any medical/hospitalization documentation or records of being seen for Uterine Bleeding, nor have I seen an gynecologists or obstetrician. I had emailed the help desk and explained that I do not have any applicable documents and that I am unable to submit those forms, but I have yet to hear back. Am I supposed to submit an empty copy of records? Do I submit anything at all?

I would suggest calling them, (I realize this is specific help sorry) I had a pretty weird problem myself and the CIV team was super nice. Or wait for Mr.Mullen to respond; he's a great help.
