Use one....1....one email address for an academy application and any communiques with DoDMERB. Over the last few weeks applicants/parents complained that they couldn't access DoDMETS or DoDMERB...only for me to find out their SSN was incorrect or applicant's are using multiple email addresses.

The social security number DoDMERB has in the system is off by one digit. How do I fix this problem? Thanks

Send a copy of your card to me at Lawrence.e.mullen.civ@mail.mil. Also, DoDMERB receives the numbers from the Academy (ies) that you applied to, so if it's wrong with DoDMERB, it's wrong with them also.

Thanks. Do you know who I can contact to get it fixed on their records, specifically for the Air Force Academy?

When you send to me....I'll know who you are...and will reply to you and all other programs you've applied to for them to make the corrections also...to include www.dodmets.com
