DoDMERB Conditional Appointments?

Hello, I recently completed my file for USMMA and received a Senate nom as well. I was told that I am on the schedule for the next evaluation board. The only issue is that I am working on a waiver for a nut allergy. Will USMMA make a conditional appointment should they deem me worthy of an appointment? Or will I likely have to wait until my medical status is cleared and they will advise me of my appointment should I receive one?
