After I accepted a Falcon Foundation offer from USAFA, I saw a PA for a small issue (mild metatersalgia) in my foot from running, and after I sent those records to DoDMERB I got a notice of disqualification. I was X - Rayed and I do not have any stress fractures. USAFA has requested a waiver for me and I have received a request from DoDMERB (R220.00), however I am not sure what else to send them since I already sent them the PA's notes. What should I do or know?
I am also following up with a doctor, is there anything specific I should ask the doctor to put into his notes / a note for DoDMERB / the waiver authority?
