DoDMERB Disqualification

I’ve been dealing with a dodmerb disqualification for a while now and USAFA has requested a waiver on my behalf. I had to use an inhaler last year after a viral illness and I’ve been trying to show them that it was only a one time thing and that it doesn’t affect me at all, but I’ve been unsuccessful. How likely is it that I’ll get a waiver? My CFA scores were great so shouldn’t that point towards the fact that I don’t have an issue? Is there anything I can do about it at this point? Thanks
