DoDMERB down today? 1/16/18

Yes us too. DS status went from under review to remedial requested on the 9th. Still no codes or instructions. So obviously we have been anxious and checking frequently it has been down everytime we tried today.
 
Us too.. DS sent last remedial end of December... back in review Jan 5...been waiting anxiously for qualified ever since...
 
WXH1, I'm seeing the same thing on my end. By the way, my DS status is the same date and request as yours. I'm hoping it gets to the top of the pile soon.
 
Still down. I tried multiple browsers.. still getting a 404. Maybe they finally tried updating their SSL certificate and failed..

Double check with your hosting provider to make sure that your SSL URL is pointing and connecting with the correct PrestaShop URL within the .htaccess file. In PrestaShop 1.5.6 + you have the option to Force SSL on all pages; in that case, you need to confirm that any page with content located within an iframe is called in https.

Day 3 of the website being down. What are the chances any progress is being made on files? If we can't get in, they probably can't view the electronic records either.
 
The site has been down a few days. Here is the email our command got from DODMERB yesterday:

"Regrettably, DoDMERB IT systems are "experiencing problems" - We hope to be back in business soon. Sorry for the inconvenience, but it's
beyond our control"

EDIT: Just saw that someone beat me to it.
 
I am working on my remedials with them and just today I got an email from my technician telling me that they cannot process my remedials until they get their system back and that they don't know when that will be :(
