DoDMERB examination for USNA and NROTC

I have been cleared by DoDMERB for my USNA application, but now the NSTC (Naval Service Training Command) is asking that I be reviewed again to qualify for an NROTC scholarship. Can I just send the NSTC the medical evaluation letter I obtained for USNA?
 
I don't know, but if they are asking for it to be reviewed again, then it sounds like they want to conduct a review again. Not the old one.
