DoDMERB examination location

My appointment center is a bit far and there are plenty of medical centers around my area is this because not all of the medical locations not approved for the DoDMERB Exam or can I contact the medical centers near me and get the exam done?

There are instructions in the portal to request a change in location for your exam. I suggest you submit the request per the instructions and wait for the official review. It is in your best interest to have the exam done at a pre-approved facility - they will be familiar with the paperwork and process. There are only a few contracted locations. We live in a densely populated area and had to go pretty far for my ds’ exams. Also, don’t put off calling for the appointment. The eye doctor he was assigned to was pretty booked.
