DoDMERB from AROTC?

Hello! I checked my email recently to see that I had two different approval letters to do the DoDMERB from two different places. I'm only applying to AROTC, West Point, and USCGA. I know it didn't come from West Point since it states I didn't fill out enough information to grant me approval in my portal. I think one of them most likely came from USCGA since I just submitted my EA application and they said they'd send it after I submitted. That would just leave AROTC? I completed first selection board and was already boarded. I know that they only activate DoDMERB for people who are awarded a scholarship? Is that a good indication I will be awarded one or does this mean absolutely nothing and both most likely came from USCGA? Thank you!

You only need to do DODMERB once, as it is for all commissioning sources. DODMERB is initiated once you apply to a service academy, as you have to be qualified this Spring in order to be selected. On the ROTC side, we don't initiate DODMERB until you are already in college or have been selected for a HS scholarship. Your DODMERB was most likely initiated either by USMA and/or USCGA.
