My West Point Application portal is telling me to log onto https://www.dodmets.com to schedule my appointment. I am trying to log in but it is telling me to wait on a packet from Concorde. Is this packet coming through email or mail? Can someone help explain this to me.
if you are in the system (an exam has been requested by ROTC or SA) you should be able to log in;

My DS had the same issue when it showed in his portal. He called Concorde and they told him that it would be a couple days before access was provisioned. He called on a Thursday or Friday and by Monday he could log in. Couldn't hurt to call Concorde and ask.

Concorde people were great to work with, and very helpful. Don't be afraid to ask them any questions.
