DODMERB help

Ok...checked DODMETS...it says case was closed on 9/19 (info sent to DODMERB). Emailed our DODMERB tech, she says she hasn't gotten anything yet, physician says she sent off another copy to make sure. It's been over a month....and I can't get any responses back, yet. Anybody have any suggestions? Stressed mom over here.
