We are in the same boat as you! AMI sent in September 19thWhile I'm so thankful we got all our specialist appointments done and all AMI submitted for our waiver in August (for ROTC) it's so frustrating we still haven't heard.
Have you tried contacting DODMERB directly? I emailed them and they got back within hours. Here is their email: dha.ncr.dod-merb.mbx.helpdesk@health.milMy DS had all exams sent back to DODMERB on Nov. 21st (no apparant issues or past medical conditions) and he us still awaiting and word on status. His brother got his status within two weeks last year after exams.
Where did you find this information?DODMERB is currently working on files submitted on the 7th of December.

Wow. That’s rough. What a mess.Meanwhile we have had to take out 2 student loans because the scholarship hasn't activated over this. Out of state tuition. Head slap.
Yep. And all with no guarantees the waiver will even be approved. A prompt response certainly would have been appreciated before going into debt on a CHANCE of approval. I haven't slept in months. Prayers for resolution appreciated.Wow. That’s rough. What a mess.
I don’t know that the SA has precedent over ROTC. In fact, what I have read here on the forums is that ROTC kids having significant issues are prioritized. Or were. No primary knowledge at all of this but have seen a post or two from someone in the NROTC world speaking to this a bit, here on the forums. They've had all pieces needed on our waiver file since August. **crickets*** if you're an ROTC kid and not an SA kid.
