(AFROTC) DoDMERB just received 320 names to process. For those in for other programs, who already underwent their DoDMERB, they will NOT had to undergo another exam

Mr. Mullen is referring to the new files that DoDMERB received today for review. The majority of the new files are most likely from the last AFROTC board that closed out today.
