does the site go down periodically? DS received an email to check the portal for an update but the portal isn't recognizing his SSN log in today. it worked a few days ago so seems unusual. He emailed the help desk but just wondering if anyone else ever had this issue

I believe DODMETS is where you log in with your SS. DoDMERB is a different login name. I’m not sure if that’s what you mean?
