DoDMERB log-in problems

I created my account yesterday on the DoDMERB website to check my status. They sent the password to my email and I tried to use it to log in but it wouldn't let me in. I tried again today and it still says my username or password isn't in the databases. Is anyone else having this problem?

I had some issues this morning as well. The password is case sensitive. You might want to try that. Good luck.

DoDMERB website has been down for more than one week for maintenance I think. Hopefully it will be back up soon?
