Has anyone ever had this issue? (see tittle).

I had plantar fasciitis in August and in December I did not had any during my physical and it is stated as such in my file and the DODMERB Doc is still saying that I had plantar fasciitis during my physical.

Has anyone encountered something like this? How to refute this? I am in a very tight spot since they want to send my paperwork fast for waiver consideration and they are speeding the process but with this error will I have a chance to get my waiver? Why would he say I had it when I did not?

I went through the remedial. I am ok with them saying I HAD it but lying about me having it during the physical is just wrong and my reasoning is that it will affect me when I want to get a waiver since the Air Force will think it's current.

Foxtrot-- it was not clear in your original write up the DoDMERB exam you referenced was a remedial exam. I assumed it was was your initial DoDMERB exam. If you disagree with the doctor's write up from the remedial exam you had, you can contact your DoDMERB POC and ask about your options.

Sorry for the confusion Falcon. I am gonna explain better. I was asked for remedials but my remedials barely address the Plantar Fasciitis so basically my biggest evidence is the DODMETS physical which he seems to be ignoring even though it was normal. I tried refuting and was told that the DQ stays even though what they are saying is false sooo I talked to my Commander today and he told me that we will start the waiver process now... I am bummed and mad about this but I hope I get my waivers. I am hopeful.

Foxtrot--sounds like you have the support of your ROTC detachment commander. That is good. Best wishes to you and thank you for wanting to serve.
