Approximately how long do candidates have to wait before they receive their DoDMERB exam information in the mail?

If you know your name has been submitted from the Academy, then you can check both DoDMETS/Concorde and DoDMERB sites. Please click on links below and carefully follow instructions:

DoDMETS is the Concorde (subcontractor) site and you can also check online status: https://www.dodmets.com/AppLogIn.aspx

Follow login instructions for login (Enter SSN; Password (First time user, Enter LAST Name)

You can go online and check DoDMERB status.DoDMERB is a completely separate system from DoDMETS and the first time you enter the system you will need to click on "New Applicant/Create an Account" which takes you to: https://dodmerb.tricare.osd.mil/ApplicationCheck.aspx

Enter candidate SSN and DOB. It should prompt you to create a new Username and login.

We will begin submitting our names (complete/competitive applicants) to DoDMERB next week for medical scheduling.

I just completed the DODMERB exam (for the Naval Academy). When the CGA submits my name will I need to do anything to make sure that they can get the exam results?

No...if you're already in the DoDMERB database, they will simply apply your exam results to our medical standards and let you (and us) know your medical status for CGA. If you're not already in their database, then they will send you the information to schedule your medical exam.
