DoDMERB PHYSICAL COPY

Mr. Mullen:
One of the Maritime Academies has informed my son that he may submit his DoDMERB Physical instead of going through a new physical. What is the procedure to request a copy of his current DoDMERB Physical results?

Mr. Mullen:

For some reason your server or mine kicks out the e-mails as not deliverable. I have, however, called the DoDMERB information line and learned that he can make a written request to the Medical Records department for a copy of his physical. He will do so and forward the copy to the appropriate schools. Sorry to bother you when it was so simple to call.

That is correct. I'm receiving hundreds of emails per day, so I don't know what the problem may have been. Glad we could help
