I have applied for the NROTC scholarship twice and have been denied. I am now trying for the third time. I have disclosed a sensitive nut allergy to hazelnuts and pistachios. I haven't had any type of reaction since I was a kid with itchy lips, but since its in my record, I disclosed it. When I went for my DoDmerb physical the dr. never even brought up what was fully disclosed. Is it not a big deal or a big deal. Is this a disqualification. There are so many disqualifiers, it makes me nervous the slightest sniffle you are out.

Yes, because it was in my record, the school required it. Long expired, never carried, never used
 
I see you mention that you were denied a NROTC scholarship twice, were you denied because you failed the MEPS phase or something else?
 
No just denied. Applied as a Junior and first year in college. Just going through DodMerb now. Last chance for a scholarship or advanced standing.
