I am class of 27 and when I filled out the medical form I clicked on "yes" to eczema although I was never diagnosed. I did not think I had eczema but the wording was something to the effect "skin rash" etc. Being that I sometimes get dry skin in the winter months I clicked on yes. I could not backtrack but was able to contact the amazing Mr. Mullen and he had me fill out an affidavit of sorts that I had to sign to verify that I had clicked on "yes" in error. Even with the attachment, I had to get an AMI from a dermatologist (which I never had, so had to find one) and have a full check up of my skin to verify that I had no signs of eczema or any skin conditions. In the end, I was cleared. But be prepared to have to fill out AMI's. I had to also fill out AMI's myself from when I broke my hand playing goalkeeper in soccer when I was 10. It's not anything hard, but it is a lengthy process and following the advice to be careful to not diagnose yourself will save you the trouble of having to prove it was an error later on. Good luck!
