DoDMERB Portal- Medical Records

Hello,

I faxed DoDMERB some requested medical records for a waiver consideration a little over a week ago. Should there be any indication on the DoDMERB status page that they received the records by now? I just want to make sure that I'm not holding up the process if they didn't receive the materials.

My son had to send additional information to DoDMERB too. He ended up contacting them directly to confirm that they received it. I don't think there was any indication on the DoDMERB page that they had received it.
