DODMERB question 9a?

My son is answering the medical portion on DODMETS. In question 9a it asks, If you wear contact lenses, how many days have they been removed prior to this examination? My sons eye appointment is April 22 and at that time he will not wear his contacts 3 days before his appointment since they are soft contacts. His physical appointment is April 27 my question is would he need to keep his contacts off until his physical appointment? I just want to make sure we don't make any mistakes in filling out the paperwork. Thank You

Call DoDMERB and ask. Pretty sure it is just for the eye exam - but get the official word from the official source.

Only 3 days prior to the eye exam. You can wear them for physical exam, I did this and was fine
