DoDMERB question

Our daughter just received a introduction to the DODMERB process....instructions and information regarding opening an account and scheduling appointments. I though this part of the application was later in the process??? Our daughter has not formally applied anywhere, although she will be attending AIM later this summer. Can someone shed some light? Thanks

After your daughter begins the USCGA on-line application process, the USCGA will submit her name to Concorde/DODMETS (Medical Exam Tracking System) who will instruct her to contact a local physician for a medical examination.

Thanks for the quick reply!! Although she has not formally applied, our daughter did forward ACT results to the Academy....which must have triggered the DODMERB letter.

As far as I know, we have not forwarded any 2015 names to DoDMERB for medical exam scheduling. You can call DoDMERB and just ask them who requested the medical exam if you really want to know, but it most likely wasn't USCGA.
