Dodmerb question...

I received my LOA from the Naval Academy in February, but am in remedial with dodmerb. I have sent all necessary additional paperwork, but this process is moving at a snail's pace. What's the deadline to get medically qualified if you have an LOA? Anyone have any advise on how I can speed them up?!
 
I Day. Yes it's moves slow. Every year there are some LOAs that take until May or even early June to get medically qualified.

128) HassamaMama/LOA Feb 5th/Appointment June 9th/Accepted/NY-3rd

The delay for the LOA in February to the Appointment in June was for medical waivers. This was/is the extreme, but it does happen.
