DODMERB questions

Hi everyone,

I recently went to my DODMERB medical exam appointment for the USCGA and everything went well. The doctors knew where to send the forms and I am hoping the status will change in my portal soon. However, yesterday I went to the optometrist appointment. The office seemed to have no clue what the DODMERB process was and didn't know where to send the forms. I called the service number for the CIV team and the lady on the line gave me another number to call. The number went straight to voicemail and I haven't gotten a call back. I was wondering if anyone has had a similar issue. If so, what did you do about it?
 
I would stay on CIV Team as they’re responsible for coordinating medical appointments for DoDMERB.

CIV Team has always been first rate & top notch customer service with my son. He’s dealt with the same gentleman at CIV Team who has been a great help to him.
