DoDMERB Results Not Downloaded by SA

What does it mean if DodMERB results have not been downloaded by the SA? Does that have to happen before an appointment is made? My DD's DodMERB portal looks like this - two SA's have downloaded the results and two haven't. Wondering if that means DD is not being considered for the two that haven't.

For whatever reason, those SAs have not accessed the DoDMERB results. If they decide to offer an appointment or otherwise want to know, they will access the info.

Focus on small positives:
- there is still time
- she is fully qualified medically and not in waiver limbo
- two SAs have accessed her info

Then blank your mind and rid it of tea leaves, because no one really knows.
