DODMERB Technician Not Responding

I have been trying to complete my waiver for the DODMERB yet my technician has not responded, and it has been 10 days, and we have followed up about 3-4 times, but we have not had a response. I’m very worried as we are getting close to the deadline. We were not sure how to send our documents to them as the files were too large, so today we just decided we were going to mail them as fast as we can.
Does anyone know what we should do at this point?

Have you tried the DODMERB forum and the fast sticky at top with information on how to contact Mr. Mullens?
