This AM, in making his eye exam for the DoDMERB appointment, our DS was told by the provider when setting up the appointment that the doctor just retired and that the practice was bought out and that the staff did not know if the new doctors (who start Monday) will continue exams from Concordia. DS submitted a request through the DoDMETS site to change the provider. I am curious how long such a request takes to receive a response because DS has a 4.16.21 deadline? Thank you.
